Self Exclusion in the Commonwealth of Virginia
In the Commonwealth of Virginia, William Hill customers can voluntarily self-exclude from participating in certain legalized forms of gaming gambling in Virginia, whether regulated by the Virginia Lottery, the Virginia Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs, or the Virginia Racing Commission for a period of two or five years. William Hill Only Self-Exclusion
William Hill customers in Virginia may self-exclude from further wagering with William Hill Sports book only for a minimum of twelve (12) months if they feel at risk of developing gambling-related problems. Patrons may exclude directly through a sports book or by mailing in a William Hill Self-Exclusion form found here.
William Hill’s US Self-Exclusion program will ban the requestor from all Virginia-based William Hill sports books. After twelve (12) months from the date of acknowledgement of enrollment in the program, a patron may request reinstatement of privileges, in writing, by completing a Reinstatement Form found here.
A patron’s request also includes the exclusion of all William Hill privileges, including William Hill Reward Card benefits, play privileges, direct mail marketing, special promotions, offers, and events via push notifications, e-mail, and other means, including SMS messaging.
The privileges are excluded for the duration of the exclusionary period. This request will be applicable at all William Hill owned and operated properties, including all properties that are opened or acquired after the date of the request.
