You can view your progress towards your next free bet by accessing the ‘Free Bets and Bonuses’ menu within ‘My Account’:

Bonus – details the name of the free bet offer

Details – represents the currency and value of the free bet offer

Expires – this represents the date and time by which you must place all your qualifying bets for this free bet. Once you have qualified it changes to reflect the date and time by which you must redeem your free bet before it expires.

Bonus progress – This shows you how many of the necessary qualifying bets you have placed, and how many you still need to place before you will earn the free bet.

What if I place a bet for less than £10?

Bets of less than £10 total stake don’t count toward your qualification for the free bet but you won’t lose any of the progress you have already made.

How do I spend my free bets?

If a free bet token has been credited to your account, the option to redeem it will appear at the bottom of your bet slip the next time you add a selection to the bet slip.

Using the drop down menu select the free bet token and place your bet as normal. Your Free Bet Token will then automatically be used to pay, or part pay, for your requested bet. A free bet cannot be partially redeemed. If you attempt to place a bet for less than the total value of the free bet you will not receive any cash change or further free bets as compensation.
